Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened in original sealed packaging
- In unused condition with no signs of tampering
- With all original documentation and certificates
- Received within 14 days of original delivery date
Opened or used compounds are not eligible for returns, as they may pose safety or quality concerns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will:
- Provide a full refund or replacement
- Process claims within 48 hours of report
- Cover return shipping costs
- No questions asked guarantee
Please report damaged items within 7 days of delivery with photos. We take quality seriously and will investigate all claims.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Inspection completed within 5 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
- CashApp/Zelle refunds: 1-3 business days
- Crypto refunds: Within 24 hours
- Shipping refunds: Non-refundable
